Shipping


1. When will I receive my order?
Our supplier takes 2–5 business days to process an order, after which it is shipped. You should also consider the shipping time, which depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

2. Where is my order shipped from?
We work with a print-on-demand company that has fulfillment centers all over the world!

3. Will I have to pay customs duties for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs fees. This charge is not under our or our supplier’s control—it is determined by your local customs authority. Customs policies vary widely between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

4. My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

  • Check your confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the shipping address.

  • Ask at your local post office about your order.

  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at help@groovyheroes.com with your order number.

Prevent theft. If you won’t be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or another location where someone will be present. If there’s a problem with your shipping address, our supplier may be able to resend your product, but you’ll need to cover the costs.

Ordering


1. How are the products made?
Our supplier works with a print-on-demand dropshipper that has production and logistics centers worldwide. Orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address.

2. How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at help@groovyheroes.com.

3. I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?
We’re sorry if your product arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email help@groovyheroes.com within one week of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have. We will forward your request to our supplier and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

4. Do you offer refunds?
Our supplier only issues refunds for orders that are incorrect or damaged. If this is your case, please contact us at help@groovyheroes.com with photos of the item and we will find a solution.

5. Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
At this time, neither we nor our supplier offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size will fit best, please check our size guides available in the product descriptions or on our size guide page.

While it’s not common, a product may occasionally be mislabeled. If that happens, please contact us at help@groovyheroes.com within one week of delivery. Don’t forget to include your order number and photos of the item in question—we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
